Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
After cancellation, you will lose access to your station. You have 7 days after expiration to reactivate your plan. After that, all data is permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time.
Each station has its own billing period — so you can run your main station on an annual plan while keeping an event station on a flexible monthly basis. With annual plans, you save roughly 17% compared to monthly billing. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you retain access until the end of your paid period but no partial refund is issued.
