You can revoke your contract with xtra audio GmbH within the statutory withdrawal period. No login required.
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (B2C) within the EU/EEA. Business customers (B2B) and customers outside the EU/EEA are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email, or via the online form below) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Please address your withdrawal to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of services provided for in the contract. The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of services if xtra audio has fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
This withdrawal policy complies with the statutory template pursuant to Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 no. 1 EGBGB (German law). As of July 2026.
